Age 10 Found 6-7ft net on the side of the house and started roaming the sandbar in the back of the house to catch pinfish and creek chubs

Age 11 Bought first boat   *10 ft Gamefisher

Age 12-13 Started fishing everywhere in Tampa Bay studied the map of Tampa Bay more then video games; Thanks to friend Pete Palori and his beautiful skiff- 16 ft Carolina skiff

Age 13 Caught First Tarpon

Age 14 Started fishing the local bridges in the bay for Tarpon at night

Age 16 Caught first permit and I was hooked

Age 16 Started trailering boat to Fort Desoto to fish Anna Maria and nearshore wrecks

Age 13-18 Fished Boca Grande almost every weekend like I was training to be a future fishing guide when I was not playing competitive soccer thanks to Frank Llaneza & Frank Baker

Studied International Business at USF & St. Leo University to stay close to my favorite fishing grounds. Graduated St Leo University in 2004.

During college and after college I took dozens of friends, brother’s friends, friend’s of friends fishing to better hone the service part of fishing and being able to understand why people are fascinated with Fishing.

  1. *What I learned- It is because of the Adventure.

After college I started fishing down south more and learning Sarasota, Englewood, and Lemon Bay.

My favorite adventure growing up was leaving the dock really early; when it was still dark, and jump a Tarpon at the Bridge, Catch snook at sunrise, and pompano fish under the bridge with fiddler crabs to get out of the sun.

Every Trip is different.  Some days god will touch the water and other days you will come back to the dock and want to sell all your fishing equipment.  The important part is to have the right attitude and always have fun.

If you want to go fishing give me a call and I will try to customize a fishing trip that will fill your needs; If I cannot I will at least point you in the right direction.
